Setting background image in folders is little bit tricky than setting an image in drive now find a suitable background image for folder, once you find the suitable background image go to C drive create a folder named "Background" and place the background image over there and rename it as BGF don't forget to note the image format okay now change the icon of the folder in which you are willing to set a background, this step is necessary . Once you change the icon open the folder and press (Alt
+ T + O)
which will open the folder options then navigate to View tab and put a tic mark on view hidden folders ,apply it. now you'll see a new file named Desktop.ini open it and replace the code in it with this one
and refresh the folder to see the background image and you can change the color of the folder name all you have to do is change "iconarea_text=0x00ff " with other color code
if you have any problem regarding this don't be shy to ask
