What you have to do is ,install DAP Download Acceleration Plus which is a speedbit app which accelerate youtube and contents you care about.
It give faster web experience on other browsers too, even if more options are available for premium users its free version is also good.
It increases the download speed by opening
more than one connection about 4 or 5 connections at the same time.

- To download any video open the browser
- navigate to the video
- click on it and the download video option in the toolbar will start blinking
- click on it to start the download (much faster than others)
